2) Scope: Website Terms vs. Client Service Agreements
These Terms apply to website use, including pages, content, forms, and embedded scheduling workflows. If you become a client, your service delivery is governed by your Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and related service terms, which control in the event of conflict.
3) Changes to the Site or These Terms
We may modify the Site or these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
4) Privacy
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
5) Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that information you submit through the Site is accurate.
6) Permitted Use and License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with others' use.

8) Scheduling, Assessments, and Communications
The Site may allow you to request an assessment, submit forms, or book time through embedded tools (including Zoho Bookings). Appointment availability is not guaranteed and may change.
If you provide contact information, you authorize us to respond regarding your inquiry by email or phone. Any marketing/SMS opt-in terms, where applicable, are presented at point of collection.
If you opt in to receive SMS/mobile messages from Bear Logic Tech, you agree to receive conversational, customer care, scheduling, and other service-related text messages at the number you provide. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
For help with our text messaging service, reply HELP to any message we send or email support@bearlogictech.com. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP.
9) Third-Party Services, Links, and Embedded Tools

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
13) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAR LOGIC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM SITE USE.
TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, BEAR LOGIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR SITE-RELATED CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
14) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bear Logic and its affiliates, owners, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
15) Termination
We may terminate or restrict access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Site in whole or part.
16) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site must be brought in state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
17) Severability; Entire Agreement; Assignment
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and posted policies, constitute the entire agreement for Site use. We may assign these Terms in connection with merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
